Delivery and returns
General Delivery info
Orders placed before 12 pm usually ship out the same day from UK. Free standard shipping is offered on orders over £30. Orders less than £30 will be charged £4 flat for shipping.
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. We will endeavour to send your order out as quickly as possible, but please note there may be a slight delay in processing orders and returns during our peak seasons (sales, holiday seasons, and promotions).
Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be with you.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Currently, we are only able to ship within the UK. However, we are working hard to expand our delivery options and hope to offer international shipping soon!
REFUND POLICY
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Orders may be returned within 30 days of receipt if you are unsatisfied. If you need to return an item, please note that all items must be returned in the condition they were received: unworn, unaltered, or unwashed, with all tags attached. Products returned without original packaging will not be refunded.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.
Replacements at no cost to you will be sent promptly in the event of damaged or defective product.
Once a return has been received (within a specified time), and has been inspected, a refund will be processed within 2-3 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Customers will be notified by email when a return is complete. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction.
